Do offers by the seller only go to watchers, or viewers as well? Also, as a seller, can I instigate offers or do I have to wait until ebay shows this option?
Also during the listing or revising process click on "See pricing options" on the righthand side under the pricing heading. One option there is Best Offer which you can enable on a Buy it Now listing. Then you can send offers to watchers. The item will show "offers eligible" next to it.
Thanks, however I'm specifically talking about seller offers made available by ebay, NOT adding 'or best offer' to the listing. Any further advice guys & gals?
