I bought an item from a seller. It was local collection only. I messaged to get the address, but i've not heard back from the seller. I've messaged a few times now with no response. I've clicked to cancel the order (I choose: 'I could not collect parcel' from the dropdown) and now it's saying waiting for a response from the seller. It's been 3 days, but still not heard back from the seller. Date of purchase was 16th Dec.
