I think this is a scam, the book never arrived. The post office cannot find 

the historical details. This is what it said on the details. Ebay found in their favour because it was tracked. No signature, no photo, no proof. Scam?

All the proof ebay need is the tracking showing delivery.

You should have been chasing this with RM right after the 19th October.

You do not give the most important date, when you opened a not received case. You have no evidence of this being a scam.

It has to be opened within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, from the date it closed it does look as though case was opened too late. 

Also as tracking shows as delivered 19th October  ebay will automatically accept this and case closes in favour of seller.

Hi thanks for taking the time to respond. The case was opened and appealed which is the delay. Because it was tracked ebay found in their favour. Royal mail didn't have any details and no historic record, no signature, no photograph. I worry that companies have found a way to tamper with tracking. Purchased 24th Sept. Questioned and told to wait, I waited, contacted them 19th Oct, told on it way. The  shows delivered on 19th October but 7th November tracking updated. Males no sense the Royal mail said it is noy them. No other delivery service here we are on an island.
