I've purchased a playstation 5 from a seller with no reviews. They said they've posted it and uploaded a tracking number but when I click on the tracking number it says royal mail are still expecting it and they haven't received it yet. Also I asked the seller to send me proof of postage and they have just ignored my messages. How long do I have to wait to open an item not arrived request with ebay.

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

Thanks for the replay, the last estimate was 13th to the 14th which is today so should I leave it until tomorrow the raise it with ebay once again thanks.

Yes, I'd give it another day or two.   You have 30 days to start your claim.
