Royal mail

I've posted out  items in the past month and 6 have not been delivered they have been lost or stolen and they won't refund me after giving them proof of postage on items that I have sent off.    And eBay won't help me either because it wasn't though packline.   I've lost over 135 pounds and had zero help how wonderful.

Proof of postage does not count here,  it's proof of delivery which matters. You do not have to use Packlink,  I never did when selling.

Only tracking showing delivery will close any case a buyer opens for item not received,  and then you would not have to refund.

Use those proof of postages now,   to claim compensation for yourself from Royal Mail,  or from the courier you used,  for a lost item.

If it was RM , you need to wait 15 days before you can claim compensation.

As you do not appear to have used tracking, then the maximum that RM will pay out is £20, and as there are 6 items, they might want more evidence of non delivery.
