Pending payment

I Sent a parcel the buyer as received it I sent it 2nd class signed for and the delivery status hasn't updated to delivered and my payment is still pending even though the buyer as left me feedback

If the tracking is showing delivered on Royal Mail's website you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Or you could wait and the money will be released anyway after 14 days.

It's saying its not been delivered on Royal mail website

Then you'll have to wait 14 days for the money.   Unless the item is less than £10 in which case the money should be released 2 days after feedback.

Thanks for your reply ebay are no help just go round and round getting no where no I've to wait 2 weeks 😀
