As a seller I am very unhappy with the proposed change of receiving payment only after the tracking indicates delivery. Some tracking post does go missing. What then? The seller loses item and money unless eBay refund both. Claiming through evri and the post office takes months. Part of running a business is to have cash flow up front and payment for postal charges is essential before sending. Now we have to front up and wait for delivery. This does NOT exist anywhere else . Ebay will kill their own trading platform and ours. Sellers I predict will leave in droves.
