Contacting eBay customer service

Hi,

Does anyone knows how I can contact eBay customer service without calling for them or receiving call from them? I could accept call from them but they don't call to lithuanian number, so it's their problem.. What happened with chat option because I don't see it anymore.. I also sometimes could send email but now I also can't see this option..

You are registered on UK ebay, so need a UK phone number,

Not sure how it works with mobile.

Call back is only option.

If it is about negative feedback you received, 

Nothing that breaks ebay rules. 

You need to sort with buyer and send feedback request.
