Cancellation request declined

Absolutely ludicrous!! I cancelled an order placed by mistake. Cancellation request was done within ONE minute of placing the order. EBay notified it was up to the Seller. I also emailed the Seller. FOUR days on and Enay sent me a notification that they DECLINED my request as it was too late to Cancel. Soo wrong! I’m finding this platform extremely unreliable and unethical. Also, that Seller has not sent the item- no postage info. EBay needs to support Buyers. Cannot get through to Customer Support! Not acceptable.

Why did you pay? Only seller can cancel, so if they do not, then after the delivery date has passed you open a Not received case to get a refund.

Buyers have do much protection, but they should be careful about buying things by mistake, and then paying which just wastes sellers time.
