Received this message from EVRI regards an international order to Canada:
With reference to the email sent to you on 16/05/2025, we are required by the customs authorities to collect taxes and duties from ************** before we can hand over your parcel to our in-country delivery partner.
We would like to inform you that the charges haven’t yet been paid. Please contact your consignee and encourage them to make payment as soon as possible.
We will continue to hold the parcel and attempt to contact the consignee, if we do not receive payment, we will cancel the payment link and return the parcel to you.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer services team international.cs@evri.com.
There is no payment link anywhere to be find on this message or on any of the tracking sites. Anyone had this before and managed to sort it out? Customer has no idea how to pay it either.

Maybe contact them on the email address provided?
I presume that they have contacted the addressee, if you did not receive the email they mention.
Which I would imagine will have payment details.

Aye, I've done that of course. Just wondered if there was a link I was missing somewhere I could pass over. This is a new thing for orders to Canada as the exact same customer ordered the exact same item 2 months ago and we had no issues. Advised the buyer that is will likely be sent to the e-mail they set up E-bay account with and might have gone in to junk.

Guessed you probably had. But as you say, it's likely that the customer has had it and maybe it's gone to junk etc.
But an awful lot of these tend to be because the customer doesn't build in taxes at their end. And the extra bill is a shock. 🙂

Ah, I'm getting a lot of these messages from all countries now. Strange, must be some change at EVRI I'm not aware of that is worldwide. It thought I was up to date on the various new trade tariffs/charges. They seem to be coming so fast at the minute its hard to keep up.
