Hi, Has anyone here that uses a Royal Mail business account using BPL managed to get Ebay to accept that the items arent scanned until delivery.
I have been adding my tracking on the day I dispatch, but Ebay are marking me as late delivery when Royal Mail scan the item. So for instance today I have one which was dispatched on 22nd September. The scan was made on 26th and delivered on 26th, but Ebay are saying I didnt dispatch until 26th.
I just wondered how to approach this with Ebay, as they dont seem to understand how it works. Ive sent my manifest to them for an item they refused to remove negative feedback for and they just ignore it.
