You're no longer eligible for your eBay Shop
Summary: A participant, truesales-r-us, received an email from eBay indicating that their current seller status no longer meets the criteria for their eBay Shop subscription level. Despite having a Top Rated Seller or Above Standard seller level, they are being advised to meet the criteria within 60 days or their shop will be lowered to the Anchor level, affecting fees and listing renewals. They are seeking help to understand the discrepancy.
I add an email today (see below) that I do not understand and all my Seller Levels are either Top Rated Seller or Above Standard. I don't see anything out of place. Can anyone help?
'eBay Shops require certain criteria to be met in order for you to subscribe to them. Unfortunately, after re-evaluating your eBay seller status, we see that you’re not meeting these requirements:
To continue with your eBay Shop, we need you to meet the criteria within the next 60 days. If you don’t meet these requirements, your eBay Shop subscription will be lowered to the Anchor shop level. If your shop level is lowered, your fees will change and all of your Good ‘Til Cancelled listings will renew at the pricing for that level.'

The email you received was sent in error and does not reflect your current Shop subscription.
Your current shop subscription will remain as is and you do not need to take any action based on that message. eBay is aware of the issue and it's being reviewed.
