Sellers refusing to ship to Norther Irela

This has to stop, full stop!   A note to Ebay..... apart from this whole Brexit faf.... please admend listings espically from Mainland UK to force sellers accept to ship to Northern Ireland as I see absolutely no reason why they shoud'nt.   All, and I mean All delivery firms and companies including couriers will and do deliver to Northern Ireland without exception. While there may be a small surcharge, this is all.... I constantly use Royal Mail and they have never ever failed me (same delivery charges all around NI/GB). I am fed up by the fact that I sometimes have to have items sent to my siblings in the UK only to have them re-directed to my Northern Ireland address.... not on!   please Ebay.... without going polical set all listing to automatically allow delivery to Northern Ireland.

Introducing EU Credit Notes for Seller Fees and Tax Reversals

To improve clarity and transparency, from October 31, 2025, eBay will begin issuing separate credit notes for all seller fee, charge, and tax reversals in the EU. Each credit note will clearly show any credited amounts as well as references to the original invoice.   What is a Credit Note? A credit note is a tax document that reduces or cancels all or part of a current or previous invoice. It confirms that a certain amount — such as a reversed fee, overcharge, or refund — has been credited back to your account. Just like your tax invoice, an eBay credit note is an official accounting and tax document. You should retain it for your accounting records and treat it as a separate document that complements the original invoice. Together, your invoice and credit note provide a complete record of your transactions — making VAT reconciliation and recordkeeping easier.   Why This Change? This update: Improves transparency and makes it easier to match charges with reversals, Aligns eBay’s invoicing process with market best practices. Our goal is to make billing clearer, more transparent, and easier for sellers to manage.   How to Access Your Credit Notes Starting November 1, 2025, credit notes will be available in the same location as your tax invoices — provided as: A PDF summary (for a quick overview), A CSV file (for detailed transaction-level information. You can download them from Seller Hub or My eBay: Go to the Payments tab in Seller Hub (or Payments in My eBay), Select Reports, Open the Tax Invoices tab, You’ll see a list of available credit notes alongside your monthly tax invoices, To download, select Summary Download or Details Download. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Support.

What can I do if the seller stole the returned item?

Hi, I bought a watch from an Irish seller, but unfortunately it has a warranty problem. It was after 30 days and watch has international guaranty, but the seller insisted to return them, as "it is our responsibility". I sent back with tracked mail, they received it, I can prove.  But after they got it, no any answer for my letters and absolutely no communication. I tried eBay but it is after 30 days. I tried PayPal but it is after the time limit, too.  It is technically a stolen  300 EUR watch , what could be the next step?  Irish police or a the Irish consumer protection office? I am sorry about eBay & PayPal, so I can make scamming and commit theft  with no consequences? Great. eBay helps only police asking the user data, this user is a shop so all data is transparent, they have a registered net shop in Ireland Blessington (but the customer service doesn't answer for any call or letter, too).
