Hi there, We have had a charity Ebay account for a couple of years, it is in good standing although we haven't used it much throughout this year. We primarily used the account to facilitate an annual charity auction in October each year where we sell donated items from musicians and the wider music industry. Excitingly, this year, we have more items than ever to list, and have promoted the auction across UK music press and radio. Unfortunately, our current seller limits have only got me to about the half the items (70) we would like to auction. Last year, Ebay were very accommodating and gave us a temporary increase to support the auction. This year we have received a blanket 'No' due to this year's sales activity. The customer agents I have chatted with have been sympathetic, but essentially stating that the system won't allows us an increase. Is there anyone in Ebay who specifically deals with charities who might take a more pragmatic view on a temporary increase to avoid us losing funds and/or having to switch to an alternative auction platform last minute? Any advice welcome! Katy
