Special delivery gone missing, Im now out of pocket. HELP
Sold a camera at £920, bought a special delivery label through eBay. Parcel went missing. Realised Royal Mail will only pay upto £750 compensation. eBay didnt give me an option to buy extra insurance, which is system flaw as they know what the item is worth. And customer service now says it’s sellers responsibility for choosing the right postage and wont help me. I feel there is no protection for sellers when things go wrong, and cannot believe eBay wont take any responsibility for their system flaw

so Made a sale of a £6 decal Buyer opts for this Royal mail 2nd class postal service , of course we get a not received notice so I reach out to the buyer only to be called a scammer and he demands a refund .... being called a scammer did wind me up a tad so I telling him that's not on and he can now wait the full term prior to any refund. then I get threats of violence and he will be sending his guys round to sort me out over a £6 decal ... meanwhile I report him to eBay who say no case there is nothing here to worry about, the fact my contact details are all over the place leaves me fearful ... question is at what point is this kind of communication not acceptable? yes he has been blocked . but when are eBay going to support sellers properly ? read transcript .................

What is happening to Royal Mail?

Two RM packages are stuck in post with no updates in tracking for days. And I meant a package that was due to delivery on 3/10, not delivered and no updates on tracking. Main website doesn't site my Bristol DO as having backlogs (and nobody answers the phone). Had the same problem with a previous parcel - also stuck on "due to delivery" for several days. I dread to think what is happening to international mail now. Just want to get a feel on a situation to know if it's a widespread or localized situation. Do you get your RM packages on time? Do you also have them stuck on "due to delivery today" for days?

Evri delivery delays: advice needed
I recently sold an item, and used eBay simple delivery. The package went via evri. The tracking says they were delivering it on Monday, but they then said there was a problem and it should be delivered within 24 hours. Nothing has been updated since. The absolute last day to deliver within the time frame given is tomorrow, but I think it has most likely been lost. My buyer has not yet been in touch, but I would like to know how this would likely be resolved. Everything I’ve read so far seems to put the onus on me to sort, which if that’s the case, kind of defeats the purpose of using simple delivery from ebay

Unused postage labels.
I read somewhere that postage labels that are not used Ebay will refund after 30 days. Do i have to request the repayment or is it done automatically? For example- i bought 2 small items from a seller and paid postage on both items. The seller sent them in one package so only used 1 label. This was well over 6 weeks ago and ebay have not refunded me for the other label i paid for. Since then its happened again (about 4 weeks ago).

Royal Mail Increase
Hello Midnight Moaner here, I along with many others I'm sure I can't believe there is yet another price increase from Royal Mail considering the service is getting worse. The consequences have a knock on effect...fees are higher may be 1 or 2 pence but each time it nibbles away at margins. It would be really nice if eBay could see their way to reducing the fees by say 0.5% to help all sellers. Thank you.

expensive postage
hello I am selling items very small that fit in a large letter postage but why is the prices set to £1.55 or starting from £2.70. some items are only 3£ so all the money goes to postage. I have contacted ebay and tried different things but postage seems very high and unfair for buyer and seller. I have been selecting custom postage, last week they were charging £0.91 for large letter and today it is gone up to £1.55. how can a seller offer a good cheap price to buyers while postage is so high?

i can not work out have to send a oversize parceli have tryed to opt out of simply post but there no chose to do so, i have add the size of the box in I've added the size of the box in preferences still no change and turned off all carryer one by one too see if that make any change nope. so how do you post a box that is 71 by 36 by 36

Trying to combine postage for three items after buyer has paid
Hi, I have just sold three separate items to the same buyer. The postage for each item is £3.38 each - making £10.14. I would like to combine all three items in one box so that the postage is just £3.38. The buyer is paying for postage, and has asked if I can combine the items. But as the buyer has already paid for all three including postage (which I don't receive), how can he get refund of that postage? Hope there is an easy answer because I can't think of one. Thanks

Sellers who just can't tell the truth
Getting sick to death, with ever increasing lying sellers stating items are in the UK when they know full well they are drop shipping from the likes of Temu, Aliexpress etc etc it just annoys people expecting what they buy to be ordered in a more timely fashion than it takes to ship from China. Why oh why doesn't eBay stop these seller blatantly lying ?

Hi everyone, i noticed i have no option to add my tracking number and my item is scheduled to be delivered today to my buyer. But on my page it only shows dispatched with Ebay postable label. Who has an idea how to figure that out. The options to add my tracking and courier service can't be found anymore
