Uploading pictures
Please help. Let me start by saying that as usual I am using my laptop and iphone at the same time. From yesterday evening each time I try and transfer photos from my iphone to my listing all that happens is I get a blank screen on my phone and a circle that doesn't stop rotating. When replying please bear in mind that I haven't got a clue as regards technical matters.

How do I speak to a real person in Ebay? They arrogantly assume the AI will answer - It cant answer even the most basic question. They arrogantly assume the help pages cover all subjects. - They dont! You just get sent in circles from the AI to the help pages. Neither are any good!

How do I turn off "Live" on Ebay website? (Not App Notifications)
I just visited the eBay site on my desktop and the whole webpage is just various "Live" tiles. If I scroll down far enough I can briefly glimpse all the useful shortcuts to my watched items etc before they are replaced with more infinitely scrolling Live BS with autoplaying videos. How do I turn this BS off? I opted out of the app notifications ages ago, but we really need a way to turn this junk off outright.

Has anyone else had problems signing into their account?

I'm writing this using my 'new' eBay identity, because I haven't been able to sign in to my 'old' account (Sabaidee!). Without giving me any notice whatsoever, ebay changed my verification process from sending a code to my email address to sending one to the phone number I used when I set up the account more than 20 years ago. Fortunately we still have the - landline! - number, but the phone would ring, I would answer and there would be an automated voice saying "this is ebay, if you were expecting this call, press [a number between 0-9]". So I pressed the relevant number and got... the same message again. So I would press the number again and then the line would go dead. This happened several times, but I managed (without signing in) to request a call-back from ebay customer support. The 'person'(? - who knows whether it was an actual human or a very natural-sounding bot!), if I understood her correctly, said other people were having the same problem, and that I should allow ebay 24 hours to fix the issue then try to sign in again. I did as I was told and... exactly the same thing happened again. OK, so it's been easy enough to create a new ID, but if I had been bidding on/buying something or - worse - selling anything, I can see things getting really messy. Thankfully I seem to have sorted the problem, for now at least, but I just wondered whether anyone else had got caught out as I did.

I received an Item I did not order and do not know who sent it.
I received an item I did not order. It was addressed to me, I do not know who the seller is and there does not seem to be any information to this problem on eBay's site. Has anybody had this problem and how do I resolve it?

Label glitch
Dear Team, I have noticed that the Yodel carrier is no longer appearing as an option, with only Inpost available instead. The issue is when creating a label with by Inpost, as the label details seem to be incomplete once it is generated. This appears to be a glitch. The top portion seems to be missing, especially noticeable after paying for the label on eBay via Packlink. This is already problem yesterday and today. Only I can see my full label at the email address but not here on Ebay

I haven't been able to use ebay for 2 days Error message states server down trying to solve the issue and try later. Could someone tell me what is going on please as your message board say everything working fine.
