Problem with withdrawal of funds from sales
Is anyone having a problem with payment on hold? I'm getting a red banner with the message saying I don't have a card added for selling costs? The same problem happened around 6 weeks ago, it was passed over to IT and fixed the following day. I have sent numerous messages and spoke on the phone but the problem is not being fixed? I'm at a loss for what else to do

Payout problems
I sold a parcel and the buyer received it about three weeks ago. Despite confirmation of delivery, eBay still requests the tracking number. When I try to resolve this, it redirects me to an irrelevant page and doesn’t allow me to input the number. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. kat@ebay?

Buyer payments
In the way that eBay take the money of a buy it now sale straight away, why can’t they do the same when a buyer has won an auction? That would stop all the time wasters who bid, then don’t pay. And why give them four days? It’s too easy for a buyer you not pay for their item. Giving them an a strike for non payment is a joke to the zero feedback buyer.

bought the item less than 30 days now eBay asking me to open new case by taking to citizens advice so I’m trying to get some help from because I did try to call citizens advice and there is no chance to get to any of them so this item less than 30 days a go bought and the number from advertising is different from part number on item

I have a Friend his account is closed almost 7 months ago. When they contact support team they said You can get Your Hold amount after 6 months. So last month 6 months completed. Payment is not issued and they contact last time with eBay support member and they said within in some days you will receive email and you can get your payment. They didn't see any call support on ebay chat and no human chat option. Whenever he try to contact bot is chat with my friend and they can't help him. They try many times and get eBay UK support number on Google but when they try contact on call. Bot is coming and they just ask some questions and later they said you will receive link on number and I can't transfer to Real Person. Now He don't know what he can do? How he Contact ebay and get remaining funds. Because eBay can't help. Because no option he can see, no real support or anything.

I'm going to keep posting this until EBAY sort this glitch out-many people cannot pay their fees due to a glitch regarding their card details-this needs sorting NOW by Ebay they have no right withholding money due to problems THEIR end.

Withdraw Funds Not Working
Hello all! Hoping for some assistance; for the last 24 hours, I haven't been able to withdraw from my eBay balance. I've had no issues before, and I'm looking to make a partial withdrawal from my balance. Every time I click the amount and select withdraw on the computer, it takes me back to the payments summary page. On the app, it just shows a spinning wheel that doesn't seem to time out. Is anyone else having issues? Thanks in advance! AA

Trying to change my payout method Gone through logging on my bank account and verification,which it completes,then it transfers me back to eBay. Asks me to 'click box to confirm bank details' I click the box,then nothing happens, look on my eBay account,and nothing has changed. Done this about 5 times
