we’re do i stand with this in the listing it stays 6L of oil Incorrect Oil Quantity Received – Advertised as 6L, Received 5L Hello, I have received my order for the “5W-30 6L Engine Oil & Filter | Flush Additive” kit. However, upon opening the package, I noticed that the oil supplied is a 5-litre container, whereas the listing clearly states that the kit includes 6 litres of oil. Could you please clarify this discrepancy and arrange for the missing 1 litre of oil to be sent, or advise on how you would like to resolve the issue? I have attached photos showing: * The eBay listing stating 6L of oil. * The oil container received, which is clearly labelled as 5L. jamie

HELP NEEDED RE SIZE & WEIGHT OF PARCEL NOT ACCEPTED BY ROYAL MAIL

I sold an item and the postage was £2.72. The parcel was not accepted at Royal Mail as the item did not fit as a Large letter and the weight said 100 grams but it weighed more than that. I have no idea what to do. Cannot find a contact number to speak to Ebay. Anybody have their phone number.

Hi I tried to change my live listing to include the Global Shipping but I cannot do this? I then created a private listing but the Global shipping option didn't show up - any idea on how I can do this as I have had a inquiry from overseas? Thanks

I used to enjoy reading through the community posts each week and especially the questions to and the carefully controlled politically correct responses from the Ebay community team. I do hope Marco and Kat havent been replaced by another faceless AI.

Has eBay's Policies and algorithm Changed
In recent times we've seen our eBay sales drop to almost critical levels, numbers we've never experienced before, which is extremely worrying considering in the past 2 years our stock offering has increased by almost 300% on the platform. We've also started having items removed when they don't breach any of eBay's policies, we're a military retailer and their AI tools seem to be removing military items under the policy that covers police and emergency services items, which our items do not fall under, when we spoke to eBay they said there was nothing they could do. I remember a few years ago there was an algorithm change, which caused huge disruption for a few months and a drop in sales, does anyone know if eBay's policies towards collectable sellers have changed and also if there's been a change in the algorithm and AI tools?

Free postage but chose buyer pays?
All my listings have been changed to free postage. I had them all set to buyer pays. I'm happy to use simple delivery, for me it is as it sais, simple. There is no way to bulk change to buyer pays despite it being Ebay that reset this option. If all my listings now say free postage does this mean simple delivery is no longer an option? I'm confused about this, will it mean I have to remove all my listings and re list them?

Wrong Parcel received, Correct Label!
I sold a item, when Evri delivered it was not my parcel, buyer asked for return, I didn't want the item back as it was not what I sold. EBay refunded buyer. I just cannot understand how this has happened, anyone else had this problem?
