BUYING A DRONE?
I'm looking for a drone and noticed that the majority of drone sellers are not accepting returns but instead, stating that the buyer is protected under eBay's Buyer Protection Guarantee. According to the eBay 'Help' Bot, this is NOT the case so beware!! The CAA refer to drones as 'aircraft', which are specifically excluded under the eBay Buyer Protection Guarantee. Don't buy if the seller will not accept a return of a dud drone!

Delivered but left outside on front door step not there when I got home
Royal mail left my parcel outside on doorstep have photo of this I returned home from work 6 hours later to no parcel I have messaged seller he just sent tracking details for the parcel that arrived but left outside missing when I arrive home what is normal outcome for this royal mail website saying contact eBay seller

glitches in sales
Hi, I have sold and sent an item , two days later the same item is said to be sold and ready to post. I'm guessing its a glitch ? Any ideas how to sort? I don't want to cancel this new order as it may cancel out previous one too. Thank you.

EBay censorship?
Earlier today I posted asking how to turn off the damed flood of eBay’s LIVE adverts. Someone kindly responded. I would liked to have replied to express my thanks, but the thread has been inexplicably been LOCKED. This is what I would have posted: UPDATE - thanks to peaseblossom for the response. I’ve done as you suggested and it HAS stopped most of the pointless eBay LIVE drivel, but they still remain on the App, albeit much less frequent. I’ve always used ADBLOCKERS on ALL browsing, not just eBay, (you’d be stupid NOT to!). Strangely this thread has been LOCKED, as have several others on the same topic. Are eBay scared most sensible people will disable this cr@ppy feature? They really know how to pi$$ off people!

everytime i receive an offer from something i,m interested in i press review offer but the window won,t open i just get the blue circle spinning around?Any suggestions please

why is ebay so dead?
what is going on with ebay? ive not had a sale in weeks despite tweaking my listings and basically doing everything you can think of? people on the facebook groups are all saying the same. we all know its ebay restricting our sales, but for what reason? for example i have a listing with 10 watchers on, i sent out a £30 reduction and nothing? so why are these people watching if they have no interest? im promoting and sending out offers every day, but not a bean. anyone else?

Delivery delayed
Hoping to get some insight for a delivery that I was told would be here Saturday. I was informed it would be delivered by Evri on Saturday, they messed up and haven't sent it to the collection point yet. When it's double the time they quoted, shouldn't buyers and the sellers get a refund or partial refund? Thanks

Hi all, We have been working behind the scenes and are happy to announce we will now have the option of Dark Mode across our communities. Some benefits of dark mode include, less strain on your eyes, less exposure to blue light from screens and it can help to save some battery life on your device. To turn on dark mode go to My Settings > Preferences > Display > tick "Turn on Dark Mode". It will take a few seconds to load and then the whole site will be transformed.
