Bidders unable to bid on my items
Due to site wide glitch bidders have been unable to place bids on my items. Does anyone know what ebay are going to do for sellers who have missed out ?

Trying to bid on an item unsuccessfully.
I just lost out on an auction as every time I was trying to submit a bid I was getting an automated message saying the item wasn't eligible for Uk shipping. The seller was in Liverpool, the advert said shipping available for £ 3.50 and I am in Milton Keynes. It was very frustrating as this has never happened to me before. Is this a general problem any one else has experienced?

"Problem with bid"
Whenever I try to bid on something at the moment, I get a popup message titled "Problem with bid" that says: "Unfortunately, this item cannot be sent to United Kingdom. But don't give up just yet – find similar items offered by other sellers . (5010)" ...with an OK button to click to close it. Anyone else getting this?

Account restriction
Ebay restricted my account, I don't know why. I received an email with the following: To help remove the restriction on your account, you will need to provide Proof of Employment by submitting one of the following: -- Letter of employment verification >> Must be on company letterhead, including your full name, company name *AND* address -- Recent paystub (must include your full name, company name and address) -- Tax record (must include your full name, company name and address) -- Letter of unemployment What's going on? I'm a buyer, not a seller! I'm from Brazil and it doesn't make sense to provide that kind of information.

Tax on goods bought in the UK sent to UK address?
I just noticed I paid VAT on 3 items I bought in Birmingham and were delivered to Cambridge. I paid 3x for postage but seller combined and dispatched them in one (which means I overpaid 66% for posting). Is this how ebay is working nowadays or am I missing something?

Random symbols stopped me bidding
Tried to bid (last minute) but my bid section was ?!#@()/*%[]§× and couldn't delete in time so I opened it up again and there it was again, before I could make a bid it finished. This looked like someone had stopped me bidding. Please reply

When is an auction not actually an auction
eBay item number: 168503652732 This has been listed many times after the auction ends and there is a winning bidder. I have asked ebay as I was pipped at the last min before it then came up again many times . They have said nothing to see here and don't seem to have a problem with that. How does that work? I did think if you won they are obliged to sell it to you. Am I missing something?

Need help with refund Parcel Stolen
Hi, I would appreciate your advice regarding an issue with one of my orders. The customer's order was delivered on time. According to the delivery information, the driver left the parcel at the customer's door after knocking in the evening. Unfortunately, the customer did not collect the parcel, and it was subsequently stolen. The customer has now opened a refund request. I have already paid for both the item and the shipping costs, so I would like to know how I should proceed in this situation. Could you please advise me on the appropriate next steps?

Hey Guys any one know to how to get a contact phone and email the Ebay Customer service.......this is absolult horible situation if the seller cheating while he can say it already them send already my order before i can take any step my case...but he dont send my order and not refund......SO WHERE IS OUR EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTY.........

Credit card debited but no transaction in history
Made a small purchase two days ago, expected the normal email confirmation from the seller - but nothing arrived after two days. Viewed my credit card account the the item is displayed but no details of the seller etc (just the cost and the order number). Tried searching using the order number and no item found. Suspect fraud. Any ideas? Can't find a human number to talk to.
