eBay, Can we do something about sellers lying about item location?
eBay, Can we do something about sellers lying about item location in their listings? Couple of items now I've seen that are stating they're somewhat local to me (both in distance and country lol), But when you order they're in Mainland China and take weeks if not over a month to arrive. This shouldn't be allowed, Surely.

No reply from eBay seller for collection, what now?
I purchased an item and need to arrange collection from the seller, but they haven’t replied to my emails. I’m worried, especially if something serious has happened to the seller. How do I proceed with getting my money back if they remain unresponsive? The assistant suggested checking eBay messages, contacting eBay support, and possibly opening a case. I’d like to hear from anyone who might have experienced something similar. What did you do when a seller didn't communicate? Any tips on resolving this through eBay or other means?

all adverts should state who the courier is
all ads should state who the courier they use is, i am tired of having to keep mailing every seller asking who they post with just to find one who does not use that Evri company, ebay has become a nightmare to use because of this, just now i have spent 2 days mailing and scrolling trying to find someone who sells a particular item i need and still have not found a suitable seller, due to mostly their rudeness or lack of communications, what makes all this worse is every time i post in this community as i am trying to raise awareness of this Evri burden we are facing, i only ever get the trolls replying, now i know for a fact this evri issue is a countrywide thing, amazon have told me themselves its an issue as their sellers have started using them and amazon is flooded with complaints because of it, so ebay for blooming sake sort your site out! please!

a return cancelled by ebay and no refund
i bought a pair of sketchers , paid the protection . the money back garentee . they are to tight so started a return which ebay cancelled . so the money garentee does not work . i now have a pair of trainers that dont fit and ebay never forfilled there promise of money back

More and more I am having to open 'item Not Received' requests, I want the item but just end up with a refund. On looking at the sellers negative feedback, (I know, I should do that first off but I like to think I give people a chance,) I tend to find that other buyers have said that the seller has supposedly sent their items untracked as they don't actually have the item in stock and are playing for extra time. It's either that or, despite the sellers address being in the UK, they are actually sending the item from China. I'm now getting sick of playing games with sellers on ebay and 'giving people a chance despite bad feedback' so will be checking negative feedback on a regular basis. The slightest complaint of excessive delivery time and I'm now shopping elsewhere. Is anyone else getting the same problem?

Am I Going Mad or Being Gaslighted
I often use buy now (I only use ebay to buy and have bought over 2500 items), I am used to clicking buy now and then pay now because what can go wrong ? I've been doing it for over 10 years with zero issues. But for some reason 3 times this week My Address has been listed as a post office half a mile away. Now after researching I notice when you use Buy Now sometimes the box for click and collect is selected by default, I think that is very sneaky, I want my address to be default not a post office. I requested a call back from the help section and was basically told this is my mistake, and I can't have that option and have to choose at the checkout. I asked surely there must have been thousands of people who are doing this and they said, there are no problems, now I found a post saying something similar and it had been deleted ? If I had been using buy now for 10 years with not one single issue, then 3 times in one week it forces my address as a post office, which ok technically it's my mistake, but surely surely others must be doing it ? and having this things send somewhere to collect when they think its going to arrive at their address. Does eBay plan on forcing this because it will result in very very few not received items ? Am I going mad, or are they gaslighting everyone ?

Seller divert you to whatsapp
This seller diverts you to WhatsApp account takes payment then no more contact and no goods delivered. He also trades as Greater Manchester Gates I reported seller to eBay about 4 weeks ago but he is still allowed to be a "seller" here. As I was diverted to his WhatsApp account and completed order there I am not covered by eBay and can not post feedback on his account, recently though others who have "purchased" via eBay and experienced same problem have now posted negative reviews. Why does eBay allow this account to continue, they will also now have to refund these buyers who did not receive the goods and seller does not reply to any messages once orders placed.

How many seller initiated cancelled sales is too much
I bought a coin rather cheaply off a seller and paid, within a few hours he cancelled the sale citing it was accidentally placed on a 3 day auction instead of 7, admittedly saying sorry and refunded. That is his problem, he should have checked the duration, so I left a negative, which I am loathe to do but felt it justified. I told him what I had done and also that I sent a report to eBay for violating their policy, his reply was one word 'sad'. My feedback reflected how I felt, his response to it was not anything to do with the wrong duration as initially stated, but that he mistakenly listed it on a buy-it-now by mistake, my follow up was to tell him to stop lying, it had 4 bids on this coin and that most likely the truth is he didn't receive what he really wanted for this coin. Since that time he is STILL cancelling sales, either citing out of stock/damaged or simply does not respond to buyers at all. At present he has 84 positives and 22 negatives for the past month, is this not excessive and what does eBay do to curtail such awful behaviour

Can I set this item marked new for a return if it’s missing something, but image shows otherwise?
Hiya, so I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a situation where I’m probably out of luck. I recently bought a transformers figure marked as new, though when I received it a large piece of it is missing straight up. When I checked over the listing there is one image that shows it missing, but the rest of the description marks it as new, in new condition. It’s a shame cuz I bought something from this seller before, but do I have any ground to stand on here? I’ve asked the seller incase they’re able to locate the piece but I doubt it, it’s probably a qc issue.
