Can anyone tell me how you can get to speak to a human being in the eBay help centre?

Despite the fact that I had labelled all my parcels when RM collected them on Saturday the postman stuck labels on my boxes and at least 3 of them have been mid delivered as a result. One came back to me today as it had two contradictory labels literally side by side! A buyer has now messaged to say she got the wrong item and I assume her item has gone to the man whose item she received in error. Or possibly there is a third buyer involved I don’t even know about yet. All the items are Simple Delivery so you might think eBay would take some responsibility as the contract is between them and the carrier but no, I’m supposed to sort it out. They did suggest I get the buyers to open not received or not as described cases so items can be returned to me then I’m supposed to repost them at my expense and fight RM for compensation. Bear in mind all these items were low value and actually cost more to post than they cost to buy! I’m potentially out of pocket, going to take a hit to my perfect seller performance and possibly get neg feedback if the buyers aren’t understanding! I’m so annoyed it makes me feel like giving up eBay altogether. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi everyone! Have you ever encountered a unique or strange situation when sending or receiving mail? Maybe something about calculating the right postage, dealing with delayed deliveries, or unusual packaging? It would be great to hear about your experiences and any tips you might have for handling tricky mailing issues. Let's share our stories and learn from one another!

Hi, my payouts are on hold due to a payment method issue. My bank account is set as the preferred method for selling costs, but in the Payments section it shows as ‘ineligible for selling costs’. I keep getting a red ‘payments on hold / add a card’ banner and I can’t withdraw my available balance. When I follow the banner and re-enter my bank details, my bank confirms everything is OK, but the eBay page then gets stuck with a spinning loading icon and never finishes. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, eBay tech support had to fix something on my account in the background and it was resolved after about 48 hours. Please escalate this to the technical/payments team to clear the hold and fix my payment profile, as I need to be able to withdraw my funds."

I've just sold an item and it was marked as collection by person or postage. The buyer is coming to collect it but it's asking me to print out a label and it's charged him for postage.

Hi I have made a sale on a larger, heavier item, which the postage will not cover now. I need to cancel this and designate a new carrier for collection and delivery to customer. However, the full address has not been given either. Parcel dimensions: Weight - 10kg Length - 110cm Width - 63cm Depth - 22cm Also, am I responsible for the extra postage cost or the buyer, who has already paid? Thank you John

I've bought an item and when is arrived it's damaged. I've tried and tried to raise a case but there isn't the option. I truly believe the seller hasn't sent a damaged item as the pictures on his listing show it in good condition. I believe it's been done by Royal Mail. When I try anything it just says 'The seller is using Simple Delivery. The automated AI is useless. I want to keep the item, but I would like him to claim from Royal Mail. Is that possible?
