Hi I am not getting enough views on my ebay listings some of my listing only have 1 to 4 views and then that it I thing their something wrong with my ebay account.
Hi My ebay listing are not getting enough views. Some of my ebay listing are only getting 1 to 4 view and then that it some of my other listing especially the new ebay listing they are only getting zero views and then that it. I have seen similar listing on ebay from others members and they seem to me getting a lot more views and sales then me however I noticed I seen a drop in my sales and views on this ebay account. How is this even fair. Can someone please help me with this or maybe past a message onto ebay to fix this technical glitch with views. I am not getting enough of. I have a total of 102 listings and they are all not getting any views or sales even when I go into my selling performance tool and I go into traffic it’s says I received more views then what I can’t even see shortly that can’t be normal please whoever seeing this message can you please help me get more sales and views I just promoted all of my listing so I do get abit of advantage now. I would really appreciate everyone help on this. Thanks Amaan

Returning seller
I have just returned to eBay as a seller after a few years of not selling but still buying.Previously I had quite a few ratings and I was at 100% feedback. Now I am pretty much a new seller with no ratings and 0 feedback which will probably go against me with potential buyers,any ideas why this has happened ? Thanks 🙂

I never had ebay AI on my ebay selling account what has changed recently. Ebay AI has made everything so much easier for me. You just snap a photo and it does it all for you.

Trying to leave a buyer positive feedback
I am trying to leave feedback for a buyer but keep getting a red error message that says We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give Feedback. Never had this happen before. I've tried from several different pages. It has allowed me to contact the buyer and to get the postage label. Please can anyone help me with this? Thanks Dawn

Replace Markteplace Connect on Shopify
First Post, so please be nice, lol. We use the Marketplace app through Shopify, to connect our ebay store to our website. Market place Connect is having huge issues at the moment,with integrating ebay and there's no end in site. What app do other's use on Shopify for their integration? Must be cheap (or free if possible).

I was trying to find a way to get notified — either on the site or through the app — whenever I receive feedback as a seller. Etsy does this by default and I really like getting that little alert when someone's left a nice comment. I checked through the notification settings in the app and couldn't find anything for it. I also looked at "Feedback Reminders" under Communication Preferences, but that seems to just be about reminding you to leave feedback yourself, not telling you when you've received some. Tried digging around the community boards too and didn't find an existing thread asking for exactly this, though I might've missed it. Would anyone else actually use this if eBay added it, or am I the only one who cares about this kind of thing? Curious if it's just a me-problem or if it's worth flagging properly as a suggestion.

Beware duplicate listings glitch
Just putting it out there, just recently, in the last week i have noticed when either ending and relisting or revising listings, there is a glitch that says its a duplicate listing and after deleting a few i thought to double check and in fact no, they are not duplicated at all so there is a glitch. Check that the listing is duplicated before deleting or you will see your live listing count drop. whatever next. i have not reported this as i have zero confidence in them fixing it or being at all helpful in any way. just giving you a heads up. I will be checking before deleting from now on.

Allow Offers : sometimes updating and also not
Anyone else had issues with the "Allow Offers" feature? I've had listings where I have periodically lowered the prices of items (after Ebay reminds me to relist) but it seems the original "Allow Offer" never moved! I was quickly going into listings, changing the starting bid then clicking list for it to go live. I may have had offers for things and never known as I don't get a message and Ebay instantly rejects! Thank god I had a lovely message from a potential buyer just now who has been trying to buy one of my items for a while now and messaged me to see what was going on. I am so glad she did or else I would have never of seen this or known! At the top of her message, at the start, it said offer rejected or something, which now I can't see on the web platform (I could see it on my phone) but yeah.... has this caught anyone else out? I'm actually really annoyed by this and I imagine I'll get some people telling me to check my listings properly etc which is fair cos I should have... but all this AI crap and it writing crappy listings for you and then we hit snags like this?! I've also never had this issue before so I'm surprised it happening now and I've been selling for a fair bit. I've learnt my lesson I guess I'm just surprised this has happened to all my listings. I also don't actively remember setting this up though my listings have been on for what feels like an age now so who knows. Anyway, has this caught anyone else out? Thanks in advance!

Anyone find the "eBay counter" does not count down how many items ( private seller) has left from 300 at end of month
Good morning all... Does anyone find if you leave it until the last day of the month ( late at night) to use up what's left of your 300 item allowance ( private sellers) that the eBay counter does not count down how many items you have left? Reason I ask this ( and to make other sellers aware) is Iv noticed this several times & despite me trying to keep a count myself when listing Iv clearly failed to do so on some months... I was going through my account for this year ( fees postage labels etc) and saw I had sometimes been charged 35p insertion fees ( end / start of new month) e.g maybe 6 or 7 items each time ( now I know 35p a time x6 is not a huge amount of money) but & here is my but - if this was to happen to 1 million sellers per month this is 2 million ( pounds) generated by eBay for insertion fees! I for one will be watching very carefully if I am listing items tomorrow ( last day of August) if it's getting near end of day ( maybe this "glitch" does not happen if you are listing end of month but during daytime as it has more time to catch up)
