Hi does anyone have a contact number for ebay or know how to verify age without using a credit card as I don’t have one

I am creating a charity account. I have everything set up apart from I keep being asked for business registration number. As we are a charity this is not applicable as we are registered with the Charity commission but not with companies house. I keep being told that the business information that I have provided does not match what is in the company document. I have sent our charity registration certificate and also tried our constitution. Am told that the business registration number does not match the documentation but that is because we do not have one. Thanks for any help

Hi Not sure if anyone has had the same problem but I have just recently been logged out of my Facebook link and instagram link and I cannot re-link them through the work flow adviced. My pinterest and tiktok is still working, I am confused why this should have happened as it has been all good so far. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I bought an oxygen sensor from an Ebay seller. I used the registration of the vehicle to confirm the suitability of the part and the result was that the part "fits your vehicle". I fitted the part but it was found to be faulty at the next MOT. There was a recurring error code for the part but I was told that some codes can't be cleared. The MOT station replaced the part, cleared the code and the car has been error code free. The part is warranted for 3 years but the Ebay seller refuses to take the faulty part back and refund my money. Can someone help me with getting a refund? A company should not be allowed to sell faulty parts and then refuse a return and a refund and get away with it. Thank you for any assistance.

Hi people.  I placed an order and paid £5.99 extra for 24hr delivery but the seller sent it on a standard delivery so I asked for a refund of the £5.99.  He’s been giving me the runaround so I started an item not as described case for a return label and is now insisting I close my return before he refunds me.  I’m not falling for that trick but the label I received automatically when I started the case is for a 2kg parcel but this is much bigger so I need the correct label.  How can I move forward with this please? After last week was really quiet, we had a good Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning was also good - then at 2 .m. they stopped - literally no sales sine in 24+ hours. Then on Monday morning we received our regular daily pay-out and then purchased around 20 postage labels. Payment for these have always been made by paypal/bank. We then realised our e-bay account was £30 in debit - the labels having been paid from our e-bay account. Assuming this was a new change I rang e-bay and the agent insisted that this has always been the case - I assured him it categorically hasn't. Is it my imagination but do sales always dry up completely when e-bay make these big changes?

Hi, I purchased 3 x Fitted Sheet and Flat sheet sets, they arrived today and it just says fitted sheet/2 pillow cases. I contacted the seller who argued it said 1 fitted 2 Pillow cases, I informed him it didn't say that, I went back to my ebay page and whilst I was on it, the words came up, "The listing below has been updated by the seller" I refreshed and looked, they have removed the flat sheet off the advert, but not put Pillow Cases included as I think it was a rush job to get it altered. How do I go about keeping the fitted sheet and pillow cases but asking for the flat sheets to be sent. They have advertised the wrong item, ive paid but now wanting me to return them......................................Help please and ty
