Cancellation
Hi. I had a buyer request a cancellation as soon as I had accepted his offer. I obliged by agreeing to cancel and relist but it doesn’t seem to do anything and the tab to submit still seems to be there but can’t seem to see any notification that I have cancelled his order? Any help please?? Many thanks

Or go to your orders page, click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.

OP5 months agoThank you. I have gone onto this and it says I can’t cancel as a cancellation already exists for this item so I guess it must be going through. It was just that it would not work on the accept and relist and I have had no notification that it has been cancelled so didn’t know if the funds would come out of my eBay balance even though I hadn’t received any payments for item or if eBay just refund him directly with money of his they are holding? Many thanks

Mentor5 months agoeBay refund from your balance or payment source and you keep the payment when it clears.
