Bought a tablet with damaged battery
Bought a tablet for my daughters birthday the battery stopped charging after 1 month. Already passed the return period as it was wrapped up up for a few weeks unopened. Ebay or seller not helping. Do I have any rights.

Mentor1 month agoYou may still have statutory rights but as you are beyond the ebay money back guarantee period you have no recourse through ebay.
