Private seller Isle of Man Simple Delivery

Been selling on ebay for more than 10 years - being forced to use simple delivery - IM post codes (sellers) can only get parcelforce service as an option. My sales are majority small/large letter 0-250g and value of less than £5. Any suggestions.

Why can I no longer set my own postage costs when selling. I sell items off which I only charge £1.55 second class large letter. Now Ebay won't let me set my postage at £1.55, instead they are Insisting I have to go it through them at a charge of £2....
