Just went on Royal Mail Click & Drop and the pop up that appeared before check out that added 20p for item bigger than large letter is no longer there. The pop up gave you options of different drop off points.
Is this a glitch or have they removed this option ??

It certainly looks like Royal Mail no longer charge the 20p surcharge for dropping off at a Post Office. I've just done a dummy purchase on royalmail.com and nothing showed up.
It was definitely there last week when I sent a small parcel using the Tracked 48 service and though I've been totally unsuccessful in finding any definitive information on the RM website I'm inclined to think that the surcharge was removed yesterday when the latest prices came into force.
For info, in case you didn't know, RM's prices differ depending on whether you're buying direct from the website or from a Post Office - and there are two price lists on: https://www.royalmail.com/current-postage-prices#all-prices
The first details the prices paid when using a Post Office, the second Royal Mail's prices when buying direct online. For example, for a small parcel up to 2kg using the Tracked 24/48 services (which used to have the 20p 'drop-off' surcharge) the prices are, since yesterday: Tracked 24 £4.25 online/£4.99 Post Office and Tracked 48 £3.39 online/£3.95 Post Office.
Hope this helps.

Same for me. Ridiculous charge in the first place.
