Now when 2 people bought something tonite their address is not shown for me to do this and I do not have a printer or I fone. I am at my whits end as I do not want to let buyers down. Why is e bay doing this because on my small items I can still put a 2nd class large letter  stamp on. Can I go back to the old way and if I can how do I do it. Many thanks. Martin

Unfortunately "Simple Delivery" is now compulsory on ebay.    Although you can get away without having a printer you need a smartphone to receive the QR code because you'd need to take that to the post office so they can print your label.    You won't get the buyer's address without the label.

In theory items worth £10 or less and weighing 100g or less are exempt from Simple Delivery but I'm not sure how that will work in practice.

As a temporary measure do you know someone who can lend you their smartphone to use?

If your items are less than £10 and under 100g you should be able to opt out of Simple Delivery during the listing/revising process.  Click on "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom of the postage section, and again on the pop-up you'll get.    You could cancel the two current sales and relist without SD.   Obviously explain to buyers what you're doing.
