parcel force not recognising tracker number

Is there any way  of contacting someone to  chat to from Ebay or is there an email address for them,  I have a package to return b y 12th November, but Parcel Force  "cannot  recognise tracking number" which is printed on label I have printed from Ebay site, so I am unable to  book a pick up of my package  by them.  Seller cannot offer any help from their end, and I am waiting a response to my message to Parcel Force as to why the tracking number is not recognised which could take several days for a reply from  them and I am not hopeful of an answer there either. There is no Live Chat on Ebay website, only the automated service which will not  solve my problem

Best to wait until tomorrow morning,  ' live agents' start at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  and at that time,  there's more chance of Dublin answering.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
