Unfair and inaccurate feedback

This buyer should be avoided! They attempted to bypass eBay regulations and involve me in it also. The buyer wanted to post 2 separately purchased items, to a different UK address, (avoiding the fee for international shipping), thank goodness for eBay customer support! The seller then left extremely inaccurate and insulting negative feedback for me and I, as a seller am unable to leave anything but positive feedback. UNFAIR for someone following eBay’s policies!
Is there any way of these inaccurate statements being removed?

you could ask eBay to remove the feedback, but -

the last three feedback you left for buyers seriously violates eBay policies.

You cannot leave false positives and if the buyers complain eBay will remove the comments and that will damage your account.

It would certainly be worth contacting customer support to see whether they will remove this feedback.

If eBay was previously involved and supported you this should count in your favour. Also, if you used eBay's new simple delivery you can only use the delivery services that eBay offers, including Evri. The buyer shouldn't be allowed to blame you for eBay's choice of couriers.
