Who pays for the return postage when the item purchased does not fit the buyer?

The buyer pays (If not fitting is the only reason for the return).

..... unless the seller made a mistake with the measurements or the item's label is incorrect.   In that case the buyer could use "Not as described" as the reason where seller pays for the return.
