Im sold wrong item .give Bayer money back and hi not send me back ma item .The eBay not help me because is case closed.

We need more details to be able to answer you correctly.

If you received a wrongly described item,  you are guaranteed a full refund , but you must open a case for item not as described.... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos,  and open the case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

If the seller does not refund or send a label for the item's return in 3 days,  you Must escalate.  If you don't, and do nothing the case times out and closes.

Or,  did you open the wrong case?    If you opened a straight return  e.g. item does not fit, and there's a No Returns policy on the listing,  the case will close.

Which of the above happened?

You will not be able to open another case with eBay,  and need now to turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.

Sellers refund once they have their item back - if you make a refund before getting your item back, as you've discovered the return case will close and the buyer keeps the item. eBay assume that the seller doesn't want it back.

I have revisited this.  My feeling is that you were the seller, sent the wrong item and refunded the buyer before he sent the item back.  

If that is it I am afraid that eBay will not help.  The system is that the buyer must open a return case.  You send a label,  If they do not open a case you do not send any money!  They send the item  back and you then refund.  If you have refunded then there is nothing that eBay will do to help.  You can get in touch with the buyer and send them a label to send it back but they do not have to co-operate!   @sebasob_6384
