Which device or browser are you using?
If the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that works well with eBay, try from there.
If the issue persists contact eBay Customer Services their lines for live agents have just opened, and if you contact them now, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thank you for the advice. I am actually using a PC and using the chrome browser. I have contacted them regarding this error, and they said that they're not so sure what the problem is. They have transferred the case to a specialized team, but I have heard nothing. I didn't know if anyone else has had this trouble?
