Postage in Portugal

Hello everyone,

Im selling a phone. Im located in P ortugal, however its seems that its not possible to post to Portugal, only to the U K. I have a buyer that is trying to buy in Portugal but its not possible

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Have you logged onto ebay.co.uk instead of your usual site?

Look at your own listing, you only post to the UK, so obviously you need to edit countries you post to, and add postage. 

I do not know why as you are registered in Portugal you would not post within Portugal.

I don't understand why you are logged into the UK site.

You may need to contact Ebay to resolve this issue.

If you set up a listing on the UK site you are adding a primary postage price and method, which will be a UK one.

If you add a shipping method and price to Portugal then your buyer will pay the cost of shipping from UK to Portugal and import VAT too.

Im in touch with ebay, it most be related to me being registered in ebay.co.uk even though ive had this account for 10 years.

Lets see what they can come up with
