Help! I've recently had an offer accepted by a US seller - I'm based in the UK. The offer was agreed at $51 with a shipping fee of $19.36. When I proceed to pay the price has shifted to $61.20 with postage of $19.03. I have no idea why this is doing this - neither does the selling. Can't seem to find any explanation or a way of actually speaking to a human being. Any suggestions etc would be appreciated.

The increase in the item looks like 20% import VAT, the change in postage could be currency exchange rate fluctuations.

the change in postage could be currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Or a currency conversion charge by your payment provider.
