I’ve just sold an item for £10 but will only get £8.20 can someone explain where the £1.80 has gone? Also if I set the shipping to £1.55 a the buyer picks a more expensive shipping option do they pay?

I cannot see your account, but you get all the information in your PAYMENTS ALL TRANSACTIONS. Any deductions will be shown there.

Buyers can only select what is offered on the listing, so more information is needed to explain how and what they selected.
