Bit of a strange one that’s left me out of pocket and no one willing to help.
I posted the item I sold to the Lichfield GSP via Royal Fail. Tracking shows it arrived there and has never moved since the 5th of March.
I can’t contact the GSP, seller rightly opened an item not received case and today eBay have found in their favour and refunded them. EBay said I had not provided tracking details, yet it shows in the app as delivered to Lichfield.
I appealed, and the email I got back from eBay, in German, says that the package arrived at Lichfield missing. They have not given me any proof of this, Royal Fail will only payout if I provide proof that the packaging was empty. But I have no way of contacting eBay now to verify how they know the package arrived empty. There is no phone number, email or live chat and I can’t appeal the appeal, it’s closed.
Any advice?
