I have found it annoying to constantly receive EBay live when I haven’t requested to be involved with this. Hopefully I’ve found the solution…
go to the iPhone settings then Notifications then EBay. At bottom of screen tap on Ebay notification settings.
Next screen shows Notifications- select shopping updates - turn toggle off for eBay Live. hope this works for you
