Collection code scanned, but it wants us to post

We have sold items on eBay and the buyers have scanned to collection code. However the funds haven’t been released as it’s telling us to post even though the collection code has been scanned and the item has gone. What do we need to do ? Thank you

Did you enter in the collection code yourself and did you get any error message?

collection code was entered by me both times and postage was never put as an option for the items as they were way too big! So unsure why its telling me to post as the collection codes have been scanned and accepted on both ends by buyer and seller, thank you

Thanks for coming back.

Tech are currently looking into an issue where when the collection code is entered its saying invalid code. From what you have mentioned your codes were accepted. As we can't take action on accounts here I would advise to contact customer support through here so they can review both orders to see if funds can be released manually.
