Cannot make an offer

When I make an offer for an item, I got the following error message:

I tried for many different items and I reloaded the pages. Still the same.

Any suggestions?

Offers are not working at the moment.   ebay are trying to fix the problem.   In the meantime you could make your offer to the seller by message.   If they accept they can revise their listing for you to buy.

Thank you for a quick reply. After the post, I tried it for another item, and it worked.
