I purchased hand sanitizers which were used and refilled and not brand new. I printed out the prepaid label to return however Royal Mail wouldn't accept the hand sanitizer as it's deemed a dangerous product. So I contacted the seller and he said post via hermes. I asked him if he is going to pay for postage it's been two weeks and he has not got back to me. I am uable to get hold of eBay support, what am I supposed to do? There doesn't appear to be any customer service whatsover not even online support.

An order I made has not been delivered, all the details are on my paypal account, but it has disappeared from my purchase history on ebay, so I can't track it through ebay, what can I do? Its not possible to contact ebay.

Hi, so i have payed for my item through bank transfer method. That I recieved an email from ebay. Then the seller disapeared. And when i try to contact ebay live help, it says the service is currently unavaliable.

I ordered an an item on ebay and had the confirmation of the order. The goods never arrived and the seller is not replying to me. I have tried to go to my ebay account to contact ebay but as the transaction is not showing in my history i cannot request ebay to help. I cannot find any other way to contact ebay as the telephone service is currently not working. Can anyone help with what i should do? Thanks

Please can ebay stop the price of cat food being hiked up by sellers. As an owner of two cats who have Felix I usually order via Ebay and on scrolling down Felix jelly packets packs ther has been an massive increase eg one box of Felix i have just ordered and which is on its way which I got for £36.80 is now selling at £87.67 from the same seller, also it states last one which would mean some people might be forced into buying it, you cannot feed cats on any food.

eBay said I should receive a return label by today, but nothing has arrived. How do I let eBay know this, and do I need to return the defective items to get a refund?

only refunded for 1 item yet sent back 2 and seller was rude and wont talk to me now so out of pocket

Hi .I received a food product with no label and I asked the seller to send me a certificate because I have to know that that the product I bought meets organic standards The seller emailed me through ebay asking me to provide my email address .He said :''I just didn't label because I recently made an English company and now I'm preparing labels for my products.'' Is it ok to send him my email in that case?

Bought item, paid by paypal, after few days get message saying it was cancelled by seller. Been 24 hours and no refund. Item no longer appears listed in my purchased item list (so nowhere to say 'item not recieved'). The message just points to cancellation details, which doesn't say anything or let me do anything. What do I do if refund doesn't appear in paypal soon? Surely it should go through almost immediately? (I'm not that bothered by not recieving item - these are not normal times and maybe going to the post office isn't an "essential journey" - just as long as I get my money back!)

I have had a messege from a buyer who has won an item which ended today. The messege stated that he had bid and won on another item from another seller and now wanted to retract his offer on my item. The auction ended today at 09.08 his messeg was recieved at 10.01 so it wasn't even while the acution was live. I have replied simply stating that he had bid and won on my item, so his winning bid stands. He still claims that he is Not Buying but retracting offer. Is this even a thing? Thanks in advance

Hey, I started a return for a wrong item recieved on 25th March (tomorrow is the day I can escalate the case to ebay) and the seller has not refunded me or even communicated with me. I used the label that ebay gave me so they have the tracking info. I've read that if the tracking info shows 'attempted delivery' then ebay will refund. However, mine only shows 'recipient carded'. Will ebay accept this as an attempted delivery if I escalate the case? Here is the complete tracking info: https://prnt.sc/rqsiv0 I also believe that the seller has sent the item back to me as I recieved a text today saying that DPD have just recieved a parcel addressed to me from the same company which the ebay account represents. What should I do if I get a refund and the item arrives anyway? Keep in mind that I no longer need the item as this process has taken too long. Thank you!
