I ordered an an item on ebay and had the confirmation of the order. The goods never arrived and the seller is not replying to me. I have tried to go to my ebay account to contact ebay but as the transaction is not showing in my history i cannot request ebay to help. I cannot find any other way to contact ebay as the telephone service is currently not working. Can anyone help with what i should do? Thanks
