I am unable to contact ebay support and the seller disappear. Someone please help me

Hi, so i have payed for my item through bank transfer method. That I recieved an email from ebay. Then the seller disapeared. And when i try to contact ebay live help, it says the service is currently unavaliable.

Thailand/USA registered account and this is the UK site ... return to > www.ebay.com < to make your enquiry as approved payment methods may differ ?.

I have bought it from a Uk seller tho?

Makes no difference, you still have to deal with it on Ebay.com. In UK there is no protection for payment by bank tyransfer.
