Hi,
l bought and paid for an item on April 8th .lt was supposed to arrive by today Thursday 16 at the latest, and l know with the covid situation it could take longer and with easter etc, but lt hasnt been marked as dispatched, l know some people dont do that, but anyways it hasnt been marked as dispatched.
l decided to check the sellers feedback a few days ago to see if people had been getting their items, and there was nothing particular, then l checked the following day and she had a new negative feedback and it said, "Item never sent, no communication, not even when paypal dispute opened".
So l emailed her and asked if she had posted the item yet, that was two days ago and no reply.
l then checked her feedback again and the negative comment has dissapeared.
So l dont know what to make of the situation.
lf it had been marked dispatched l think l would just continue to wait, but as she had a recent negative for not posting, and now that has dissapered ,and so far no reply to my email, lm not sure what to make of it.
Just to add, l have been getting all my post, ebay included, on time or earlier.
Should l continue to wait, when would it be suitable to open an item not recieved case.

You can open a case as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed, so that would be tomorrow. If the seller does not accept it you have to wait another 8 days before you can escalate it to ebay to get a refund. If the item arrives before then you can close the case.
the neg was removed because it mentioned PayPal case.
As its now overdue and the seller is ignoring you - open your case now.
