i keep trying to buy things on ebay but it just says my payment didnt go through and i should check my card info, ive tried using my paypal and debit card, i know i have the money for it, this happens every so often where i just can not buy anything on ebay for a while and it's super annoying, i tried making a new account (the one im posting this on) and i still can't buy it. (update i tried a different seller and it worked??)

With this issue you need to contact eBay Customer Support.
To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advances Search into the Help & Contact bar, top of your eBay page. Scroll to the bottom of that page, and you will see Contact Us. There is a Live Chat option and sometimes a Call Back option, both will give you an approximate time to wait too.
