Did you open a not As Described case to get a Full Refund ? That is the first thing you do.
Your comment on the feedback tends to tell anyone who reads it that you did not follow procedure. Feedback is the last thing you should do not the first thing.
As advised while leaving feedback, you can't change it once it's been sumitted.
You can, however, leave 'follow up' feedback. You'll probably need to log in to ebay.com to do it, as follow-ups often don't 'stick' when done on the UK site.
