how can i reverse a positive feedback to a seller that didn't sent the correct amount.

As advised while leaving feedback, you can't change it once it's been sumitted.

You can, however, leave 'follow up' feedback. You'll probably need to log in to ebay.com to do it, as follow-ups often don't 'stick' when done on the UK site.
