The seller emailed me through ebay asking me to provide my email address

Hi

.I received a food product with no label and I asked the seller to send me a certificate because I have to  know that  that the product I bought meets organic standards

The seller emailed me through ebay asking me to provide my email address .He said :''I just didn't label because I recently made an English company and now I'm preparing labels for my products.''

Is it ok to send him my email in that case?

Sounds like an overseas seller ... be very cautious when buying Unbranded/unlabelled food products without being absolutely sure of the contents > Related :- https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Buying-on-eBay/No-food-label/qaq-p/6553432

Check out food labelling requirements here >

If you have been in a transaction with the seller,  that is,  you bought and paid for the item from their  eBay listing trough a Paypal checkout,  then yes, you can send an email address to the seller.
