The seller emailed me through ebay asking me to provide my email address

Hi

.I received a food product with no label and I asked the seller to send me a certificate because I have to  know that  that the product I bought meets organic standards

The seller emailed me through ebay asking me to provide my email address .He said :''I just didn't label because I recently made an English company and now I'm preparing labels for my products.''

Is it ok to send him my email in that case?

Originally he is from Bulgaria but he posts from UK.He sells only 1 product .
In my opinion he should first print labels and then sell his product.Strange.

Yes it;s opened and this is my biggest concern.I told him to send me his certificate and I also said that I'm not sure if I want this product .First he should have thought about printing labels and then sell anything.

Open a case for return ... Seller should be registered as a Business seller and comply with UK Food hygiene/contents and Labelling regulations.

If you have been in a transaction with the seller,  that is,  you bought and paid for the item from their  eBay listing trough a Paypal checkout,  then yes, you can send an email address to the seller.
