Sellers won't pay for postage for hermes

I purchased hand sanitizers which were used and refilled and not brand new. I printed out the prepaid label to return however Royal Mail wouldn't accept the hand sanitizer as it's deemed a dangerous product. So I contacted the seller and he said post via hermes. I asked him if he is going to pay for postage it's been two weeks and he has not got back to me. I am uable to get hold of eBay support, what am I supposed to do?

There doesn't appear to be any customer service whatsover not even online support.

I would empty the bottles,rinse them out,fill them with whatever and send back.Let seller deal with any issues.

If RM say they wont carry it then im thinking no one will although i have not heard of it before.Probably because it should contain alcohol if real which is a fire risk.
