Hi Phil.

It seems you haven't bought anything for many months, so have you received a message from Ebay saying you need to prove your identity...?  If not, it may just be that your Ebay and PayPal accounts have become 'unlinked' (which they do after a period of disuse). Just link them up again (on Ebay and in Paypal).
